The new beyond.

We’ve been gaming for some time now. If not a ruling force in Unreal Tournament 99, we certainly maintained one of the tightest camping servers, coining the phrase “Stealth Camping” and pulled it off like no other clan.

While shoot-em-up games are fun, they require a ton of policing to ensure everyone follows the script. Not to mention clan members who follow the same vision and the time / energy to maintain that dream and hoping someone will show up in your server to play.

While still interested in Call Of Duty, Red Orchestra and UT of any version, we (founder Death’s Construction now known as Voodoo Heart and Judgment Day now known as Dohfugwimee) have taken the plunge into a new beyond :

Eve Online.

The beauty of Eve is manyfold : the depth of this game is bottomless, the graphics visually stunning and, if willing to risk your ship, skill points or ISK - more heart pounding when a real player/pirate locks onto you in a low security area. Another plus is being an online game, all players who are online when you go on are actually in THE SAME SERVER. Eve is so vast that on the days there are more than 50 thousand people online, you are sometimes without anyone around.... or with more than a hundred in the same region as you.

It would take years to master some the games’ skill levels and if you actually made it to that point, you’d find yourself immersed in yet even more to do... and while Eve is a multiplayer game, it is also individualistic at the same time. A member of the WAR PIG Mining and Salvage Corporation can partake in their online gaming side by side with the corp members (mining ore to build ships or helping wage war on NPC’s) or off doing his/her own thing. Eve can be as interactive as you let it be.
