Since our first server into UT99, back in the early 90's, WAR PIGS have been setting the standard in the reality-sniper arena. Our motto has been, and always will be : “Play as if it were real”. In following this motto we have found a niche that some like minded players also enjoy. Stepping into any WAR PIG server brings a sense of realism not found on many / any other.

Once again WAR PIGS brings this type of game play to UT99 with the WarPigs Stealth Camping/Hunting Server.

WAR PIGS strive to create a more tense, tactical TEAM game-- a "Play as if it were real" atmosphere. Where "Dying is not an option." We don't want you to focus on the idea of just being able to respawn after a death. Instead, why not put more effort into not dying in the first place? We find that type of mentality leads to a more realistic type of game, rather than an "Insert 50 cents and run" type game.

For example,would you really move across that open field..recklessly chase your enemy into a building... or needlessly expose yourself if the bullets were real?

This is NOT a high movement, empty your clip type of server. Camping, Stealth Movement, Teamwork and Tactical Hunting are the skills expected in all our guest's gameplay. We stress Team-Work on our servers, this is not a solo DM game, Team wins you win, Team loses, you lose. The only scores that impress are 100% or 0% (No Kills/No Deaths).

Unnecessary deaths always hurt the TEAM.

Players who are looking for, or who may be interested in, a serious camping setting are welcome to come test their patience, skills and aim at ~War Pigs~

Those desiring to run around should look elsewhere.
